Business Hours are Monday - Friday 10AM - 5PM Pacific Time.

Orders can usually take a week to process.  In cases with Autographed or specialty items, it could take up to 2-3 weeks or longer depending on talent availabliity.   Records can be delayed for longer periods and In case of a delay, we will do our best to inform you.  We will do our best to get back to your inquiries as quickly as possible, however we are all multitasking and have limited staff currently.  Any rude or inappropriate messages will not be answered.
