Shipping / Returns / Refunds / Customer Service


Orders can usually take a week or longer in some cases to process depending on current volume and staff, in some cases with Autographed or specialty items, it could take up to 4-6 weeks due to availability of the person signing.  With COVID-19 many of our suppliers have had delays in getting us products due to staffing issues, supply issues, etc.  In case of a delay, we will do our best to inform you.  You can always inquire on your order status with our chat feature or email us at:



We have a stringent QC process, so you can be sure you’re getting a quality product. We want to make sure you love your items as much as we do so if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. 
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in....we will not accept shirts that have been worn, washed, or smell like cigarette or pot smoke etc., or records that have been played or scratched.  No Exceptions.


If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please include your invoice with the return.

All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.



Refunds can take up to a week to process on our side, and additional time with your card holder or PayPal.  If you have received the item ordered and are unsatisfied, you will need to return it in it's original condition for a refund.  No exceptions.

We do not offer refunds on pre-order items.  If the item is delayed, we will do our best to inform you of it's status.  



We are a small company and will do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible.  Any messages with profanity or inappropriate comments will be ignored.
